ShopCloudi is an online retailer based in Singapore, trying to bring in cute and quirky things to everyone. We're always on the lookout for cute, quirky yet functional products to inspire and delight every customers.

Yes! We are looking into it! Do let us know if you have ANY suggestions.

Online Shopping

1. When am I charged?

You will only be charged upon completion of check out, so be sure to double-check your purchases before you confirm.

2. Can I still purchase the item that is sold out? 

Definitely! Some of our products may be limited in quantity thus running out of stocks frequently. We will, however, get our manufacturer to produce the products as quickly as possible. 

3. Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only cater to domestic shipping. Within Singapore, we offer free express courier on orders above $50, and also free self-collection services. 

4. What payment types do you accept?

For all online payments, We currently accept any credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal. 

5. What should I expect after I placed my order?

Your order should typically reach you within 1-2 weeks (for local shipping)

We consolidate your orders here at our home office, and it will be dispatched once everything is ready on our end.

Feel free to check in with us anytime via our email with regards to the status of your order.

6. How do I go about collecting my order if I have selected self-collection as my preferred mode of shipment?

Once your order has reached our home office, we will drop you a text message/email to inform you of the self-collection details.

Your order will be held at the self-collection point for 4 weeks after your first sms notification.

Every week, you will also receive a reminder text message from us if your order has not been collected.

After 4 weeks, if uncollected, your order will be diverted back to our warehouse and our Customer Service team will contact you via email to arrange for additional self-collection arrangement or local delivery to your preferred address.

Please kindly note that we will do our best effort to assist you with the collection of your order. However, should your order remains uncollected beyond our stipulated time, the order will be deemed fulfilled. 

7. If I am not able to self-collect my order, am I able to get someone else to collect on my behalf?

Yes, you can. It will be best if you can inform us about this earlier, so that we can be in the loop about this. If not, you can simply show our staff the order confirmation email, and/or quote your order number in order for us to facilitate this.

8. I will be going on a long trip and I won’t be able to self-collect my order till a much later time. Will you guys be able to hold the order for me?

Yes, we are able to. Please drop us an email at and inform us of your available dates. We will be able to advise further if it is possible.


Are there any other modes of payment available other than credit cards? 

Yes! We also accept cash payments, PayLah! and PayNow. For more information, click here.

Do you allow cash on delivery? 

I'm sorry, but cash on delivery is not allowed. However, for customers who does not have a bank account, we do allow customers to pay upon self-collection. Just drop us an email at before completion of purchase! 


Which wireless headset is compatible with the casing? 

The protective casings are ONLY made for authentic AirPods Generation 1/2, excluding the wireless charging case AirPod.

What if the protective casing does not fit well? 

Please ensure that your headsets are authentic Apple AirPods and is not the wireless charging version. Otherwise, please contact us at and give us your feedback. We'll see what we can do from there.

I got a defective casing, who should I speak to? 

Do take pictures of the defects, and contact us via the contact form.
